Taos Pueblo 18"x24"
The Taos Pueblo is a sacred place for me. This is where I get my drums, and smudge sticks. The people who are there are warm and smiling as they welcome those who come. In the early morning when you walk in you can smell pinon burning and bread baking. They bake bread to sell and in the morning it is still warm. I bought a smudge stick that was still damp with dew. The pine and sage smell was intense. This painting is from my memory of that day. The color, the smells, the soft sounds of welcoming voices one to another.
The size of this painting is 18"x24" it is painted on gallery wrap canvas. If you would like to purchase this painting email me at phyljan@aol.com.
